Role & Responsibilities
As a Senior Property Associate, you’ll play a key leadership role in our high-performing sales team, driving results across Dubai’s competitive off-plan market. You’ll work with qualified leads, represent exclusive developments, and influence the full property lifecycle, with the authority and experience to manage high-value transactions from end to end.
- Represent high-value, off-market developments unique to URBAN’s portfolio
- Work exclusively with qualified, in-house generated leads
- Lead high-level negotiations and close complex off-plan sales with high-net-worth individuals
- Upsell and cross-sell URBAN’s integrated services, finance, design, property management, to increase client value and revenue
- Leverage a dedicated in-house multimedia team to build a personal brand that drives sales and recognition
- Deliver end-to-end sales experiences, from show home to signature, with a high degree of professionalism
- Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, guiding investments and long-term real estate goals
- Use deep market insights to shape client strategies and influence purchase decisions
- Collaborate with internal teams across functions to deliver seamless, full-service solutions
- Proactively generate new business through smart prospecting, referrals, and personal network
- Lead by example in hitting and exceeding KPIs, mentoring junior team members when appropriate
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai, with a strong focus on off-plan developments
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and closing complex deals
- Strong background working with HNW/UHNW clients in a consultative, high-touch sales environment
- Demonstrated success in upselling and cross-selling value-added services
- Skilled in digital tools and CRM platforms; social media savvy and confident in front of camera
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Self-driven, performance-oriented, and able to operate independently within a team
- Passionate about the Dubai property market and the evolution of real estate sales
