Role & Responsibilities:
You will play a critical leadership role, working closely with senior management and developers to drive success across our exclusive development projects. This is a rare opportunity to shape, grow, and lead your own sales division.
- Lead recruitment efforts alongside Talent Acquisition to attract top-tier sales talent
- Built and retain an exceptional sales team of highly motivated and sales driven brokers
- Inspire, coach, and develop your brokers to win deals, hit targets, and grow professionally
- Design and implement performance KPIs to drive results and accountability
- Maintain a consistent on-ground presence at sales centers and key launch events
- Build strategic partnerships with Dubai-based and international real estate brokerages
- Manage all incoming sales inquiries, ensuring smooth coordination and follow-through
- Ensure all sales documentation, payment plans, and CRM systems are up to date
- Run weekly and monthly sales team meetings to drive performance and celebrate wins
- Act as a hands-on motivational figure, available and invested in your team’s success
Additional Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all messaging is aligned for campaigns and brand positioning
- Monitor competitors and market trends to provide strategic feedback to management
- Organise and lead international roadshows and property investment events
- Track ROI on lead-generation activities and optimise sales conversion strategies
- Design incentive schemes that reward top performers and promote a winning culture
- Report weekly to senior stakeholders with data-driven insights and forecasting
Requirements & Qualifications:
We’re looking for a natural leader and someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, and knows how to build great teams while hitting bold commercial goals.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in real estate sales management
- Proven success leading and scaling off-plan sales teams in the UAE market
- Deep insight of Dubai’s property landscape, off-plan project lifecycle, and processes
- Experience working with both end-users and investors, local and international
- Strong network of agencies and industry partners in Dubai and key international markets
- Confident public speaker and presenter with strong interpersonal skills
- Familiar with CRM platforms, lead tracking systems, and sales analytics tools
- A growth mindset, high emotional intelligence, and a genuine passion for leadership
- Ability to work under pressure and lead by example with integrity, resilience, and drive
Remuneration & Benefits:

- Base Salary: AED 15,000
- Commission: Attractive personal commission structure
- Team Override: Scalable earning on team success
- On-Target Earnings: AED 30,000–60,000+ per month
