Role & Responsibilities
As an Associate, you’ll be at the forefront of a bold, integrated sales model that lets you go beyond the sale:
- Represent exclusive, off-market developments you won’t find elsewhere.
- Work with qualified, in-house generated leads (no chasing your next commission).
- Be part of a customer lifecycle that goes far beyond the transaction: finance, design, property management, and more
- Upsell and cross-sell value-added services, increasing your earnings while adding more value to your clients
- Use our dedicated multimedia team to elevate your personal brand and generate more opportunities
- Lead property sales from show home to signature, managing high-net-worth clients with care and expertise
- Build strong client relationships through strategic consultation, not just selling
- Use your market knowledge to close sales and drive revenue across multiple touchpoints
- Collaborate with in-house teams (design, finance, property management) to deliver a seamless experience
- Generate new business through smart prospecting and brand positioning
- Monitor sales KPIs and consistently exceed performance expectations
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years sales experience in Dubai, preferably
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong ability to manage client relationships from first call to close
- Experience in upselling services or additional packages is a plus
- Tech-savvy with a flair for social media and modern sales tools
- Fluent in English, with an additional language as a plus
- Self-motivated, hungry, and ready to grow with an ambitious team
