UAE-based Ginco Properties has launched One Residence, a key development in Downtown Dubai, with an investment of AED 1.2 billion ($327 million).
Designed by renowned architect Brad Wilkins, One Residence is located in the heart of Downtown Dubai. Wilkins, known for projects like the Pearl River Tower in China and the Burj Khalifa in Dubai, expressed excitement about creating another iconic skyscraper in this area.
One Residence will feature 453 luxury residences across 30 floors, offering a range of configurations from cozy studios and one- and two-bedroom layouts to exclusive penthouses. Each apartment will be meticulously designed with high-quality materials and offer panoramic views of the city skyline.
Ginco has partnered with One Broker Group (OBG), an award-winning real estate agency, as the exclusive sales partner for One Residence. OBG has introduced a convenient 50:50 payment plan, with prices starting from AED 1.2 million.
The development will be managed by Urban Properties, a prominent name in UAE real estate with two decades of experience in planning and execution.
